Geotechnical reports

The geotechnical report quantifies the mechanical properties of the soil, providing the information needed to verify that the ground is capable of supporting design loads without excessive settlement or failure. We carry out bearing capacity verifications of foundations, settlement analyses, slope stability checks and assessments of local seismic response. Reports are drafted in accordance with Eurocode 7 (EN 1997) and NTC 2018, integrating in situ investigation results and laboratory tests into reliable geotechnical models.
