The geological report is the first essential step to verify the compatibility of a project with the territory. It includes the geological, geomorphological and hydrogeological framing of the site, with the assessment of natural hazards: hydrogeological risk (floods, landslides, subsidence), slope stability and environmental compatibility. We draft geological reports compliant with the Italian Technical Standards for Construction (NTC 2018) and the Hydrogeological Plans (PAI), providing the designer with a complete picture of subsurface conditions and territorial context.
Metodologia
Geological and geotechnical studies are drafted in compliance with the Italian Technical Standards for Construction (NTC 2018), Explanatory Circular no. 7/2019 and regional regulations on territorial planning. The geological report includes the geological, geomorphological and hydrogeological framing of the site, with hazard assessments according to the Hydrogeological Plans (PAI) and Flood Risk Management Plans (PGRA).
The geotechnical report follows the prescriptions of Eurocode 7 (EN 1997) and NTC 2018, with mechanical characterisation of the subsoil based on in situ and laboratory tests, foundation verification at limit states (ULS and SLS), slope stability analyses and assessment of local seismic response. The design approach combines geological and engineering expertise to ensure complete site characterisation.
